Saturdays

I am an accountant, and I work for a public accounting firm so this time of year is always busy.  We work mandatory six day weeks, eat lunch at our desks, stay late, come in early, etc.  I do this every year from January to May, and I have been at this job for nearly sixteen years.

I actually don't mind working on Saturdays, it's generally pretty quiet.  The phones don't ring much and the only people who come in are usually here for a specific appointment. I can listen to my ipod and block out the world and get more done in one day than I do all week.  Sometimes I wonder if I should just come in on Saturdays year round and take a day off during the week.  That never works though.
